| Capturing the energy of a riverfront development
was crucial to developers of Park Avenue Lofts West. Once the
heartbeat of Minneapolis, the riverfront area is coming alive
again with new construction, restoration of historic landmarks
and an influx of cultural activities.
Young, active individuals
are attracted to the unique floor plans in this urban loft
and townhome development, which include one-story flats,
two-story lofts with a penthouse and two-story garden level
townhomes with private entrances.
Using mostly maple woods,
we provided modern cabinetry for all of the 38 units, in
addition to millwork in the corridors and common spaces.
